Educational Background: B.S.in Early Childhood Education from Kent State University

Favorite Saint: My favorite saint is Saint Peter the "steadfast rock." He was the first pope of the Church- a great leader of men with a deep devotion to Jesus. Peter is the name of my father- my steadfast rock who was my greatest supporter, role model and man of great faith. He is now my personal guardian angel and MY beloved Saint!

Hobbies: I enjoy reading books to children- my students and, especially, my grandchildren. Cooking is also something I enjoy doing for my family and friends.

Favorite Place Traveled To: Disney World is my favorite travel destination. As a child, I remember visiting Disney during spring break with my mother and grandmother when it was only Magic Kingdom! As a parent, my husband and I took our two sons on two memorable trips to Disney. Now as grandparents, we are excited to share the Disney Magic with our four grandchildren (and their parents, too) as we plan our family Disney trip for the fall of 2020.

Favorite School Subject: As a student, my favorite subject was always Reading. Though I was not the best reader as a child, you could always find me curled up with a book in my favorite chair. As an adult, I have an addiction to children's books and have acquired quite the collection! I enjoy sharing these stories with my students and grandchildren.

Describe Your Favorite Memory at Holy Family School: I met my best friend in first grade at Holy Family School many years ago. Our friendship continued into our high school and college years. Though miles separated us in our adult years, our friendship never waned. Now an angel in Heaven, my friend remains my best and most cherished memory of my time at Holy Family!
