Our Board and Committee Chairpersons are excited to offer opportunities to support our students, teachers, and fellow parents.
Joining the Parents’ Club is a wonderful way for new families to get involved in school life. Our committees are always looking for fresh ideas and enthusiastic members to help keep our activities vibrant and engaging.

Parents’ Club Events and Programs
The Holy Family Parents’ Club organizes and supports a variety of fun, meaningful, and fundraising events throughout the year. Volunteers are always welcome to help make these events a success.
Basket Raffle
Each classroom sponsors a themed basket for the Spring raffle. Volunteers help collect donated items, assemble the baskets, and assist with ticket sales.
Christmas Shop
Students can purchase gifts for family members at affordable prices from 25 cents to 5 dollars. Committee members shop for items throughout the year and staff the event during a week in December.
Grandparents’ Day
Grandparents or a special adult in a student’s life are invited to Mass and a school tour. This event celebrates students’ accomplishments and Panther Pride. Volunteers are needed to help coordinate and host guests.
Main Event
One of our largest fundraisers of the year, this event supports school infrastructure, technology updates, and staff needs. It features food, music, and multiple fundraising opportunities, with several subcommittees available for volunteers.
Mentor Program
Parents serve as mentors to new families, helping them navigate school life. This program also includes mentors for 2nd grade Communion preparation and 7th grade support for 8th grade events and graduation.
M.O.M.S Ministry
This ministry provides support, compassion, comfort, and prayer to families experiencing a crisis.Rotating Fundraiser
Several fundraisers rotate throughout the year to support various school needs.
School Supplies and Hospitality
This committee coordinates events like the All-American Pizza Lunch and St. Nicholas Day, as well as other special hospitality events during the school day.
Teacher Appreciation Week
A week-long celebration to honor our teachers and staff. Each day follows a special theme, with small gifts, treats, and meals provided to show appreciation.
Uniform Swap
Held twice a year, this event allows families to buy, sell, or exchange uniforms. Dates are published on the school calendar.
Yearbook Committee
This team creates the school yearbook, capturing memories and milestones from the year.
