Admission Information

Admission of Transferring Students

Transferring students are accepted up to the maximum class size following a thorough review of the student’s academic performance, conduct, attendance at PSR classes if applicable, and the reason for transfer.

Students entering Grades 1 through 8 must submit an Admissions Teacher Recommendation Form before acceptance is considered.

Under no circumstances will a student be admitted to avoid racial integration in another Catholic or public school.

Waiting List Policy

When a grade level has reached capacity, students seeking admission will be placed on a waiting list for the current registration year. Placement on the waiting list is determined according to the following priorities:

• Families who are members of Holy Family Parish and were registered at the time they moved into the parish, but whose children were unable to be admitted due to lack of classroom space

• Families who have recently moved into the parish and whose children are transferring from other Catholic schools or are enrolling their first child

• Families who have been living in the area but registered with the parish at the time their children were ready to enter school

Admission Decisions

Admission decisions are based on these guidelines, parent interviews, and consultation with previous school administrators and teachers. Final responsibility for admission decisions rests with the Pastor or Administrator of Holy Family Parish and the school principal.

Hear what our Parents have to say

"Why choose a Catholic education? Being a practicing Catholic today can feel almost countercultural. To be in an environment where faith is nurtured, supported, and guided is an experience you cannot replicate anywhere else."
